Mongolian Visa Application Form and Requirements of Embassy of Mongolia   

• Passport (valid at least for 6 months with 2 blank visa pages).
• Mongolian Visa Application form (complete in block letters or type).
• One recent passport size Colored photograph.
• Proof of Legal Status in Canada for Non-Canadian applicants (PR Card, Work Permit, etc.).
• For Business visa - invitation letter from your host company in Mongolia guaranteeing stay in Mongolia and stating the reasons for visit.
• For Tourist visa - invitation letter from travel agency or hotel booking and flight itinerary.
• For Visitors visa- personal invitation from a citizen of Mongolia, approved by the Civil Registration and Information Center of Mongolia, and applicant's written statement identifying his/her financial credibility to cover his/her stay in Mongolia (or copy of Mongolian Passport and PR Card of inviter)
• For Transit visa - onward ticket and visa for next destination.
• Visa for more than 30 days  will be issued with  permit from   the Office of Naturalization and Immigration Services of Mongolia and Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Mongolia.
• To obtain Multiple/entry visas, you are required to have a permit from the Office of Naturalization and Immigration Services of Mongolia and Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Mongolia. Your partners in Mongolia can assist you with the acquisition of this permit.
• Visas are valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. The duration of your stay in the country starts from the entry date to Mongolia.
• Those who will stay in Mongolia over 31 days are required to be registered at the Office of Naturalization and Immigration Services within 7 days upon arrival. Please contact the persons/organizations who invited you to Mongolia on this matter.
• Client Order form. Payments can be made by cash, money order or certified cheque. Prices do not include 13% HST.
