- Passport (signed and valid at least for 6 months with 2 blank visa pages)
- Jordan Visa Application Form (filled out and signed)
- One recent Passport size Colored photo (2x2 inches)
- For Non-Canadian applicants- Proof of Legal Status in Canada (PR Card, Work Permit, etc.); visa request letter addressed to the embassy indicting the purpose of the visit, contact name and phone # in Jordan; Copy of Passport/ Travel document
- Visa Application Form for Nationalities that need approval to travel to Jordan. List of Nationalities that need approval
- For Business visa – an introductory letter from Canadian employer or invitation letter from the host company in Jordan indicating the nature of applicant's business, probable duration of stay, the places and firms to be visited
- Client Order form. Payments can be made by cash, money order or certified cheque. Prices do not include 13% HST.
