• Uganda Visa Application form (filled out and signed)
• Passport (valid at least for 6 months - JPEG,,PDF - Min size 5KB, Max size 250 KB)
• Colored  photo JPEG - Min size 5KB, Max size 250 KB
• Return ticket JPEG, PDF - Min size 5KB, Max size 250 KB
• Proof of Legal Status in Canada for Non-Canadian applicants (PR Card, Work Permit, etc.)
• For Business visa- introductory letter from  your Canadian employer or an invitation letter from your host company in Uganda stating the reasons for visit. 
• Invitation letter – for Business and Family visit
• Uganda ID of the Host – for Family visit
• Detailed Itinerary/ Travel plan – for East Africa visa
• Client Order form. Payments can be made by cash, money order or certified cheque. Prices do not include 13% HST.
